If in the future when I start having kids… I have a girl or girls.. I’m going to still have a weight scale in my house. But I’m going to write something on it… a quote or saying that helps her know that she’s beautiful. Helps her know that she’s perfect at any weight. You can’t just stop your child from ever seeing a scale.. I think It’s good for them to be aware of those things for their own health in the future. But for the experience of stepping on the scale to be always positive. Not negative… I don’t want my children to ever think that the scale is evil. I want them to accept it for what it’s worth, but take the information it gives with a grain of salt. That no matter what number there is, she is still AMAZING.
This never gets old
